Kellenberg Latin School STEM Event

On May 10, we hosted students from Long Island’s Kellenberg Latin School for a STEM event.

Roughly 40 students toured four labs on Tandon’s Civil and Urban Engineering floor: the C2SMARTER Center Data Viz Lab, BiLAB, Environmental Chemistry, and Structure labs.

The 8th graders learned about work zone safety, research being conducted on soil and pesticides, and were able to try their hand at Virtual Reality.
