Dr. Camille Kamga is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at the City College of New York. He has been the Acting Director and Director of the Region 2 – University Transportation Research Center (UTRC) since 2009 and the Associate Director of the CUNY Institute for Urban Systems (CIUS) since 2002.
The overall scope of the project is to assess use cases where freeway operations strategies could be improved through the transmission of data between a traffic management system (TMS) and the larger cooperative automated transportation (CAT) system (either directly or through a third party). This assessment should (1) spur development of enhanced and new operational strategies and (2) help agencies justify gaining access to additional CAT data.
Prof. Anil Agrawal is currently a Professor in Civil Engineering at the City College of New York. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of California, Irvine.
She earned an International Baccalaureate with honors in 1999 from Lycée Jeanne d’Albret, in France, and then entered the University of Texas, in Austin, where she earned a B.S. in Computer Science (2005) and an M.A. in Plant Biology (2008).

Dr. Mohsen Amjadian received his Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from the City University of New York (CUNY) in July 2019 and is currently pursuing his research as a postdoctoral fellow in the Civil Engineering Department of CUNY where he is also serving as an adjunct lecturer.
