Benjamin Noland is a statistician and research scientist at C2SMART, where he currently serves as the lead data analyst for the Capital Program Resource Model (CPRM) project in collaboration with NYSDOT. He holds a Master’s in statistics and a Bachelor’s in mathematics, both from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. In addition to applied data analysis, he is also interested in mathematical statistics, machine learning, and topological methods for understanding data.
