Xiyuan Ren is a Postdoctoral Associate at C2SMART. He completed his Ph.D. in Transportation Systems at Tandon School of Engineering, New York University. He obtained his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in urban planning at Tongji University (Shanghai, China). His research interests include activity-based modelling (discrete choice models, generative agents), urban informatics (mobile phone-derived human mobility), and transportation logistics (choice-based system optimization).
